In 2018, Josh, a Los Angeles native, relocated to Heber City, Utah, recognizing the valley's rapid growth and the need to empower local small business owners. His focus became educating business owners on the critical importance of establishing a strong online presence. Since then, Josh has successfully helped over 100 local businesses enhance their visibility through tools like Google My Business, websites, and social media platforms.

Through Hook'd IT Up, Josh and his team have earned a reputation as committed community supporters, offering services to local non-profits, co-organizing Heber Valley Serves, and collaborating with the Kamas Valley Chamber of Commerce, in addition to Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce's July 2024 "Business of the Month."
